You will find this riddler trophy inside of the alley to the east of the Courthouse. Then once you have done so successfully, enter the jail cell to the left of the Calendar Man to get it. Then continue to fly it to the basement and into the fuse box at the southeast corner of the room behind the bars. You will need to use the Remote Controlled Batarang and fly through the electricity to the left of the basement doorway. You will find this riddler trophy inside of the Courthouse in the basement inside of a jail cell. You will need to use the Batclaw to grab this trophy. You will find this riddler trophy inside of the Courthouse above the doorway leading down to the basement. You will need to slide underneath the fenced-in area to get the trophy inside.
You will find this riddler trophy inside of the alley below the building where you found Riddler Trophy #9 and southwest of the Courthouse. You will need to run over the green pressure plate and quickly run to the cage to grab the trophy before it closes. You will find this riddler trophy on top of the building to the west of where you found Riddler Trophy #8. Then just jump onto the building once you have hit the switch to grab the trophy underneath the cage that opens. Make sure to use the brakes on the Remote Controlled Batarang to get around the corner. You will need to use the Remote Controlled Batarang to fly it through the vent and hit the riddler question mark switch inside of the cage. You can see a large riddler question mark on the south side of the building from a distance. You will find this riddler trophy on a building to the northwest of where you just found Riddler Trophy #7. You will need to smash through the wooden boards to grab it. It will be inside of the rooftop access behind the wooden boards. You will find this riddler trophy on the rooftop of a building to the west of where you found Riddler Trophy #6. Then once you have done so successfully, you have 9 seconds to grab it from the open cage before it shuts again. You will need to use the Remote Controlled Batarang to shoot the riddler question mark switch near the corner of the wall on the northwest side of this same building. It will be on the ground in front of The Black Canary. You will find this riddler trophy to the northeast of the Ace Chemicals Building and Riddler Trophy #1. You will need to glide from the gargoyle on the Bank of Gotham building and then as soon as you are over the pressure plate, dive down onto the green lit pressure plate to light all the riddler question marks on the wall. It will be on top of a small building covered in a cage next to a green lit pressure plate. You will find this riddler trophy to the southwest area of Park Row near the border of The Bowery. You will need to either glide from the building across the street and into the wooden wall or use the Line Launcher to break through it. You will find this riddler trophy inside of a gated alleyway down the street from the Monarch Theater and around the corner from where you found Riddler Trophy #3. You will need to slide underneath the car and grab it right away. It will be underneath the propped on the blocks. You will find this riddler trophy on the street north of Ace Chemicals building. It will be on top of a crate inside of the alley below the Riddler gargoyle on the tall building. You will find this riddler trophy to the southwest of the Ace Chemicals building and right near where you found Riddler Trophy #1.
Then once you have done so successfully, the cage surrounding the riddler trophy will open up. You need to throw a Batarang at the far right one as soon as it is lit up. You will spot 6 riddler question marks being lit up in a sequence. You will find this riddler trophy to the southwest of the Ace Chemicals building.
